Appointment Cancellation & No Show Policy
 
It is important as part of running a successful business that we have a fixed cancellation policy.  This is to protect staff, in the most part, to ensure that they are paid the wages that make it possible for them to pay bills.  Other factors such as running costs, product costs and admin are also the reasoning behind our policy.  We hope you understand and work with us to reduce the amount of late cancellations and no shows, which have unfortunately been on the rise recently.
 
Cancelling & rescheduling:  Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time.  To cancel or reschedule please contact us at your earliest convenience at:

Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered ‘late’ when the client does not cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time.  Late cancellations will result in the client being charged 50% of the booked treatment within 48 hours, and 100% of the booked treatment within 24 hours.
 
Missed Appointments: If a client misses their scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling, they will be charged 100% of the price of the scheduled service or treatment. You will be unable to rebook an appointment without paying the fee first.
 
Booking Deposits: Any booking fees/deposits charged to the customer for scheduling an appointment:
 
  • Will be refunded if cancelled outside of 48 hours of the scheduled time of the appointment.
  • Will be fully retained if cancelled within 48 hours.
  • Will be fully retained plus the balance of the total amount of the treatment or service will be due.
 
Service Provider Cancellation: If, for any reason (such as staff illness), we must cancel your scheduled appointment we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule as soon as possible, or you will receive a full refund on any deposits paid.
 
Refunds: Any refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment.
 
Fee Waiver: We understand that sometimes things happen outside of our control that mean that being unable to attend a scheduled appointment is sometimes inevitable.  We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive or reduce any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
